This dialog box is used to set the format, placement, alignment and other attributes of dimension text.
Text style: Users can select a font type in this drop-down list box for dimension. You can also click on the right side of the button, and open the "Text Style" dialog. In this dialog box you can set the font for the text. Text color: Control the color of the dimension text. The user should keep in mind that the color of dimension line, dimension extension line and dimension text better to be same when determining the dimension text color.
Text height: Control the height of the dimension text. This height value is in priority of the height set in the font type.
Fraction height scale: Set the scale of fractions in the dimension text. This option is available only when Fractional is selected as the Unit Format on the Primary Units tab.
Text alignment: control the text alignment type.
Horizontal: Controls the horizontal placement of dimension text. There are four options for vertical position. Those are Centered, Above, Outside and JIS. While there are five options for horizontal position: Centered, At Ext Line 1, At Ext Line 2, Over Ext Line 1, Over Ext Line 2.
Aligned with dimension line: Align the dimension text with the dimension line. The setting of text placement options is same as above.
ISO standard: The text dimension is according to the ISO standard. The setting of text placement options is same as above.
Preview: Displays sample dimension images that show the effects of changes you make with those above settings.
