Want to learn how to improve your search results? Browse through these tips to find out how you can form a search query that returns accurate results.
Searching the ZWSOFT Technical Solution Center may seem tricky at first, but the search feature can become a valuable tool for finding support information quickly, once you learn how to use it.

Search Using Keywords
Begin by typing two or more search words or a phrase in the ZWSOFT Technical Solution Center search bar then click Search or press Enter to return results.
Quick Tips:

Be specific and concise.

Avoid limiting your search to one word, or using too many words because you may see too many or too few results.

Narrow your search using the drop-down menu options.

By default, search results return pages that contain all of your search terms. There is no need to include the "AND" operator between terms.

Be careful of special operators (OR, +, - ) as these are special words and may generate varying search results. General search words are not case sensitive (for example, ZWSOFT and zwsoft are treated equally).

Special characters (non-alphanumeric characters such as the underscore) are generally excluded in the search results.

For example, instead of entering ZWSOFT or Where can I find my login for my ZWSOFT Support Service?, you could narrow your search by typing the following:

"ZWSOFT Support Service"

Refine Search Results
If basic keyword searching gives you few or no results, try your search again using one or more of the following techniques:

Mind your Spelling

Include Product Versions

Search by Article Number

Advanced Search
Advanced Search has additional options that allow for greater control over how you can search. You can access the Advanced Search option by clicking on Advanced Search at the right of the basic search bar.
