When we try to import an excel table, the following error window pop-up:

"Failed to import the table: Unable to run the excel service!"

Our ZWCAD version is 2011 Standart and the Excel version is 2010.

What could we do ?

Maybe stupid but try saving in .xls (Excel 2003...) and try again with the import process. I suppose your MS Excel is set to .xlsx default saving format? Just an idea, I cant try it myself cause I'm using Libre Office and now I'm testing GstarCAD, because i had no response regarding my font problem which is posted on the forum....
I thing that the new GstarCAD 8 will have better support for my fonts (Croatian letters), and for sure they respond on support requests ASAP, which is not the cause with ZWCAD support crew :-(
