Morph examples... have you got any?

Hi All,
Morphs are not well exampled within VX Help (IMO)

Here is an example of curve to curve courtesy of Mike L from many moons past.
The file contains both my original loft effort and Mike's morph approach.
The Morph provides a superior result with the indentations being in the correct place and extent,
I think is shows how powerful parametric morph is when you know how to use it.

I'd be really keen to see other examples of morphs in use other than creating bumps!
Maybe good examples will make their way into the VX Wiki.... the more the merrier.<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">

Mike L recently recommended to me that reducing the influence as much as possible will reduce file size....as well as 14.2 will have another file size reducing control in it's morph command...i think..

This model may be too large for downloading and is not near as appealing as beer foam running over the glass. But it does use some Optional Inputs and a couple of different morphing techniques that could be helpful.

Be sure to set Surface display tolerance to 0.1 to get a good view of the morph surface. Unless you have a lot of computing power be patient. That seems to be a drawback of Morphing. I've found it to be a bit slow and makes for some large file sizes. Maybe someone has some tips for making it faster with less computing?

What better to show off morphing, than... Beer Foam!

Sorry mudcrab, I don't have the file. One nice feature, as seen in the image, is that VX will Morph more than one shape at the same time, thus they keep their relationship.

Hi Chris,
looks fantastic and stretches my imagination. Seems to be a lot more going on than in my example.
What we need is files so we can see how it was done, not just the what?
Is that a do-able?<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">
