Take a look at the attached image.  The highlighted surface was created from the &quot;red&quot; parting line and was coincident with the dark blue face.  Therefore, it could not sew properly.  Because this face does not have any draft the parting line was created incorrectly.  You can trim the face then sew, like I did or go back and replace the parting line then create the parting surfaces again.
The draft analysis tools should find this.
