http://support.vx.com for customers There are still some things to work through like support. If you go there now you can fill out a form and get a reply within 48 hours...I've been pushing for one week!!!

The only thing I see missing from the new site(which looks good IMHO), is the customer login for support/downloads/release notes.

Actually, none of the product will have a new interface (to begin with). You will see a new install routine (Windows standard). New licensing. New splash screen if you don't blink. New title bar. New HELP.
