A very good function would be improvement of layer mangement in viewports: the change of layercolor and -linetypes should be possible for every viewport - like in ACAD 2008

Also lacking is the option to deactivate layers in the viewports while keeping them in the model and the rest of the layouts. At least i haven't found a way of doing it.
