Following is a question from clients:
Q: we found one wrong USB key. The user, which has purchased ZwCAD 2007 last year, informed me, that their USB key does not work anymore. The light on the USB is twinkling. What do you usually do in such case?
A: While encountering these problems, you can ask the client to reinstall the Dongle Driver first, which locates at Start (Windows) → Programs → ZWCAD 2007 Professional (Standard) → Dongle Driver, just click the option to start. After installing, restart the PC and plug in the Dongle to try again. If the USB is still twinkling, it should be the problem of USB and the client shall need a new Dongle to register. ffice
