hallo everyone,
here I go with another problem. I'm not able to print coloured text. No matter the layer I use for the text no matter the color I give to layers in the ctb. The text always appear black when is time to print.
thanks for your attention.

Hello, Spritz. Actually, we seldom encounter this kinds of problem. Please assure that the plot style isn't the monochrome style and check on your printer whether the colourful ink is enough to support colourful output.

c'mon you can't be serious. These are the first things I did.
I told you I tried to use different ctb files and of course my printer can print colors. The problem is visible also in the print preview and with different plotters and printers.
Everything that has to be coloured is coloured exept fonts..............
The problem is still unsolved.............

hello, Spritz. Sorry for any inconvenience! I still need your further info to check out the problem. First, I hope you can create a new file and make some Text using the Fonts, encountering the problem, to test whether the colouful properties of the Text still can't be plotted. Second, I hope you can attach the file and the Font style used in the file here so that we can use to check out the problem.

I made some experiments.
If I print with some pdf virtual printers it does not recognize the colors at all (also with zwcad eps printer).
With some other printers the problem doesn't exist at all. I mean the text is perfectly colured.
The funny thing is that with some printers If I write two texts, the first for example by using a layer associated to color 10 and the other with a layer which color is supposed to be printed black. But in this last case I force the text (by using the text editing box) to be color 10. In this special case some printers allow the first text to be coloured but the second one is always black
I made a file that shows the problem but how do I attach it?

hello, Spritz. Thank you for your detailed info. I have understood your meaning and our R&D dept are trying to resolve it now. While it's corrected, I will post a message here and inform you.
PS: the way to attach a file: after posting a message, click the Edit button at the bottom of the post, then in the new page, click the File Upload button to attach a file

And I found opposite situation.
Colored solid hatch prints in color despite Monochrome.ctb style. Checked with HP LJ 1200 ans Samsung SCX-4521. Files were made in AutoCAD 2007.

Hello Pavel. That's happened to me when using Autocad 2007 (in Autocad). specifically while printing blocks. Something to do with the individual (Print) style IIRC.

Dear all. The problem had been reported to our R&D dept now and it's different from the first problem we talked about. And when there is a solution, I will post a message here and send emails to you.
