Hello Cristipat,
take alook at the "Exchange on 3rd party..." forum. I think Rab has answered your question there. (How to migrate the .dvb to Zwcad)
Though he seems to assume you have access to Autocad ;) You could always download a trial version .

Hello, Cristipat. As Maker said, please take a look the post there: http://www.zwcad.org/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=233. Since in ZWCAD, we provide the VB language a little different from AutoCAD, you shall make some change so that the VB can run well basic on ZWCAD. The detailed info can be seen over in our Develop Help file which locates at the Help drop-down list menu. And if you encounter problem while migrating your VB routine to ZWCAD, please post them here or send them to our mail box: tech@zwcad.com. We will help you migrate the application on ZWCAD successfully.

you can use the com interface and connect to zwcad from vb.
