Do you mean the source file? ZWCAD support materials files with postfix "tex", you could find the source file in the install directory, there is a folder named

Hello Human, did you mean you want to customize your own style of materials?
You can create your customized material in Material Editor dialog box or import existing material (texture file) by Browse button.
