In ZWCAD 2010, more advance techniques were used for memory management and compressing processing. 1) In-place Multi-line Text Editor
ZWCAD new In-Place Text Editor includes a Text Formatting Toolbar, a Paragraph Dialog Box and an Display Options Menu.

4. Enhanced APIsfficeffice" />
In ZWCAD 2010, APIs like Lisp and VBA have been greatly enhanced, with 13 new functions added to the Lisp Vlax and Vlr series. And there are two more functions available in VBA: AppendOuterLoop and AppendInnerLoop.
Another highlight of ZWCAD 2010 APIs is the introduction ZRX, which is similar to ARX of AutoCAD. As the most powerful API in ZWCAD, ZRX enables developers to migrate their former ARX applications to ZWCAD quickly.

1) The speed of creating 3D objects and view 3D drawing has been improved a lot. All the functions about 3D drawing are faster and more smoothly.
2) Hidden plot
ZWCAD 2010 supports to hide 3D objects when plotting. You could print the object without the hidden line, no matter whether the hidden line was hidden before plot. This is an example for you to refer to.

1) No Printer on Publish Dialog
To be more compatible with AutoCAD, ZWCAD excludes the printer in Publish dialog.
2) A New Mark for Academic Version
For ZWCAD former academic version, there is no water mark when the drawing is plotted, and now for ZWCAD 2010, there will be some water mark added to four edges of the paper when plotting.
3) Better Support for Splinedit
For ZWCAD 2009i or former version, the options for Splinedit are not executable. But for ZWCAD 2010, all the options for Splinedit command are available.
4) Layer States Manager
In ZWCAD 2010, you can use this function to display a list of saved layer states in the drawing. You can create, rename, edit, and delete layer states. Also you could create or manage layers, modifies layer properties such as color, linetype and so on.
5) Changes in the Lock layer function In the ZWCAD 2010 version, the locked layer will turn to grey while the former versions will not be.
