It seems if you loose your dongle you must buy a new license. In other words, if the family dog chews the dongle, if you step on it, or if it falls out of your pocket, you must buy a new license. I think prospective buyers should know this. The dealers certainly do not reveal this very strange, if not dishonest, dongle policy.

Personally, I think it is one's own obligation to take care of his/her own possessions. We would not ask the merchant for a new pen if our pen was lost.
Besides, ZWCAD provide another efficent way to active the software--Soft key activation. Dongle is not needed in this way. So users should not worry about loosing their donles.
