I have programs written in AutoLisp which, after many many hours of modifying, run perfectly well in ZWCAD 2009i

Some of them will not run in ZWCAD 2010.

Is there something else I must do to get them to run in ZWCAD 2010?

Are there new requirements?

Thank you for your help.

Dear Setq,

Thank you for your information. Generally, programs that can run well in ZWCAD 2009i could also run well in ZWCAD 2010. There are no new requirements. To help us verify the problem, could you please kindly sent the programs that can not run well in ZWCAD 2010 to tech@zwcad.com via email. We will keep them confidential. After recieving your email, we will try to fix the problems as soon as possible.

Have a nice day.

Best Regards,
Denny

Thank you, but if you look at the following, you will understand the problem:

The following line of lisp code should return point p1 only if an
intersection is found. If no intersection is found, it will return
NIL.

(setq p1 (osnap (getpoint "'Pick intersection: ") "int"))

It works perfectly in 2009i, but crashes in 2010.

If the safety feature is omitted, namely:

(setq p1 (getpoint "'Pick point: ") )

it works in 2010, but it will now snap onto anything, even a void.

Dear Setq,

Thank you for your reply.

After we tested in our side, we found that there is a problem with the function "osnap" when it was used to grisp the intersection point. We have sent this problem to our R&D department, they will try to fix this problem as soon as possible. If there is any progress about it, we will inform you soon. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Have a nice day.

Best Regards,
Denny

Seems like the problem has not been fixed. It is now almonst May and I'm still using 2009i because if I use osnap without a safety feauture it can cost me a lot of money. I'm just wondering if one is entitled to a refund of the upgrade fee......
