Can the list of scales be edited? Say for instance I want to add the scale 1:75, could I do it and if so how?

is it similiar to the "scalelistedit" function in autocad? as far as i know, we could make drawings with scale 1:1, when we want to plot it out, we could set its plot scale as well as the scale for the dimension objects.

this scale 1:75 is the scale for drawing file: plotted file? hope to learn more from you.

Yes, I am looking for the equivalent of the SCALELISTEDIT command that one would have in AutoCAD. Is there something similar in ZwCAD or can the list of scales me edited in some other fashion.

All objects drawn full size in model space. The scale of 1:75 would be applied to a viewport in my layout.

the scale of the viewport can be set by:
right-click the viewport-->click "Properties"-->

hope this could meet your needs.
