Go to your license manager (START->ALL PROGRAMMS->ZWCAD) and check your license status. What does it say ? Is the license activated or not ? You could deactivate it by returning online and register it from an admin account on your computer. Otherwise it can loose the activation.

To check the problem, I need some more information from you.



1. Have you modified the time of your operation system ?
If so, please return the license in License Manager box and then activate again.

2. Have you tick on the Hardware Encryption in Hardware Encryption dialog box ?
If so, please turn that option off and restart ZWCAD.

3. Have you turned on the 'Enable Network floating license' ?
If so, please turn off that option and restart ZWCAD.

Any way, please try to Return the license and then activate again, you can also return the license offline.
(License Manager> Select the license in the dialog box> Other button to create an XML request file and send to register@zwcad.com to get the respond file)

By the way, ZWCAD 2009i is an update version of ZWCAD 2009, a lot improvement can be found in this version, the license for ZWCAD 2009 is also available for ZWCAD 2009i.
