 display clipping issue

Once in a while the display window will clip the display of the part from the bottom of the right side toolbar up. Anyone else get this problem?

My workaround: I close the toolbar to the right of the graphics window and problem goes away.

Anyother other work arounds?

We hear of various display issues from all over Europe, but we have not had this one (touch wood!). Stupid question, but have you got the latest driver installed for your graphics card? Also, the card driver may be using opengl.dll and or opengl32.dll, supplied by Microsoft with your operating system. These dlls have a number of problems, especially on Windows2000. I don't know if this will make any difference to your problem, but MS have improved versions of these available for download from their website.

Cold-water surfer dude,

It's mostly a laptop problem.

I'm using both a laptop and a workstation, happens all the time on the laptop, never on the workstation.

I have to agree with Chris. Download the latest driver. Keith suggested this to me just yesterday. It was either that or "kick it in the groin".....maybe that was someone else's suggestion.....

I have the same view clipping issues from time to time using my laptop.
In addition, their are occasions when the highlighting does not work when selecting entities.

Latest video driver does not appear to have corrected these problems.
