Hi xavier.vista, did your client use the latest version of ZWCAD? Please check the problem with the latest version, which can be download from our www.zwcad.org .

Did the crash report send successfully? If not, please try to mail them to crashreport@zwcad.com . You can find the crash report file from following ways:
Start > All Programs > ZWCAD 2010 Professional > Crash Report Management> Then you can find the path of the crash report in your computer. Email the file to us.

Hi jenny,

thanks for your reply, as of now they are not yet using the latest version because they recently just purchased & are still on the process of upgrading but with their busy schedules i dont think they can at the moment, although some have upgraded already.

as for the crash report i will do what you instructed and will get back to you on this one.

Hello xavier.vista, have they installed ZWCAD 2010 before? If not, maybe they can enjoy the default 30 days for evaluation.

[QUOTE=Carol]Hello xavier.vista, have they installed ZWCAD 2010 before? If not, maybe they can enjoy the default 30 days for evaluation.

i didn't get what you are trying to say here... to answer you question, yes they have installed zwcad 2010 and before purchasing they have already evaluated it.

@jenny > i have given them the instructions based on your reply here, however one computer does not seem to register its crash report and i have made a video of it for you to further analyze. i will send it to tech@zwcad.com, kindly give us feedback regarding this one.

thanks!
