I cannot access 'Background Properties dialog' Even in the simplest drawings I get the following error message.
Command: _EDITGB
Error loading Background Properties dialog. Please contact technical support for assistance.
I am using ZWcad2011 Pro licensed version

Hi Mike,
Please try to reinstall your ZWCAD, then it will be ok.
PS:if you are using softkey license,please remember to return it before reinstall.

My current version is 2010.11.25(16241), is there a later version. I don't want to go through the process of returning the license, reinstalling only to find there is a later version that requires the same procedure.

Don't worry, there isn't any new update until now, you are using the latest version. This problem is mainly because some installation file damage or lost. So just reinstall will fix the problem.
And online returning is very convenient and quick.
