Right clicking on a item from a tool palette, opens a dialog box comprising only 3 options:ffice

I need the other option and especially the options which I used to find in
AutoCad "Tool Properties" dialog box, allowing to set on which layer the block will be inserted, rotation, exploded or not etc .
Hope to see that in next release
