hi , i have tried manual and online return , both doesnt work.
i even tried returning to sever, can zwcad issue me a new license key?

I think maybe there are something wrong with the connection between your country and our license server. So could you please generate an offline returning request file and send to : tech@zwcad.com, I will return it here from my side for you. Thanks!
