How do you get 3d solids out of Zwcad. Auto cad has a 3dsout command that works with solids but zwcad doesn't have that command.
I need the solids to be converted to a mesh.
Is there any internal command that Zwcad has that will let me convert my solids to a mesh and then I can DXF them out.?

hi robk , ZWCAD doesn't support 3DSOUT command, but you can try with command 3DCONVERT in ZWCAD, it converts 3D solid to polyface Mesh.
robk, can you tell me why you want to convert solids to mesh and then save it as DXF? Did you want to import it into 3D software such as 3DS MAX? I am a little curious because 3DS MAX accepts DWG format. Jenny2011-10-11 08:48:33

AutoCAD removed 3DSOUT command ever since AutoCAD 2007 and use FBXEXPORT instead, 3DSOUT is still available by using 3DSOUT Utility.
