ZWCAD 2011 Slow Loading With Network Licensing

Good Afternoon,
The situation that is presented in the company where I work is as follows, to start the application ZWCAD 2011, after giving double click the icon, I have to wait about 3 minutes to load.
If I do the same procedure but without the network cable connected, the application load in 20 seconds.
the computer is a 2.8GHz Core 2 Duo
2 GB of Ram
200GB Hard Disk
Windows Xp Sp3 English
I've tried changing the pagefile, cleaning temporary and defragmenting the hard disk failure still occurs, I would like to help me with this.

it seems nothing wrong with your hardware environment but you may need to check your softwares applications on your computer.
questions here for your problem
1. how many copies of ZWCAD are there in use in your company?
2. could you show your applications installed here? as far as I know, there might be something incompatible with dedicated mouse&keyboard drivers
