I expected to block the some portion or entities in ZWCAD drawings through programmatically(Through Autolisp / VBA). So, that blocked content should be editable by the draftsman.

I expected to block the some portion or entities in ZWCAD drawings through programmatically(Autolisp / VBA). So, that blocked content should not be editable by the draftsman(but it can be viewable).

yes it's easy to do most of this in ZWCAD with LISP/VBA.
.....but, the point is, if want to make it encrypted, as you said not be editable by the draftsman(but it can be viewable), you may refer to ZRX for this kind of advanced options.
