i downloaded artisan with the version zw3d2012 eng then i uninstalled the eng and installed the italian version, reinstalled artisan but there the connection , there are solutions?

Hi Mirko, In face, you don't need to reinstall Atisan, you can go to configuration to change the language.
About missing the connection of Artisan, you can use below appliction to repair it.
