I have zw3d file .I want Import to Step file but My ZW3D license expired.Please help me Import to Step file for me.Thanks!

Kinda confused.
You have Z3 file but need to import? Do you mean export...?
License has expired - trial license?
Solution - get a proper license then you can export/import etc as much as you like.
