Keyboard shortcuts and menus import to ZWCAD+

Hello

I can´t find the possibility how to move the the keyboard shortcuts customization and mennus customization from ZWCAD 2011 to ZWCAD+ 2012. Usually I´m using the .ick and .icm file.
