I've uninstalled a zwcad software from a client's computer without first returning the key. Now, I need to install the zwcad software in another and my problem is I cannot use the license key of the uninstalled zwcad from another computer. What should I do? I need your assistance.

Hello, if the former computer OS haven't been re-installed or formatted, you can install the same ZWCAD on that computer again, and you will see the license still in the license manager.
Then you can return the license and reinstall it in anywhere else

sir, i've already reinstalled the ZWCAD software. Where can i retrieve the License key? when i checked the license manager, it doesnt have a license key registered.

Did you install ZWCAD on the old system(the former one where ZWCAD+ was activated before)? Was that system being formated or reinstalled after you uninstall ZWCAD?

yes. i installed ZWCAD on the same old system. the system wasn't formatted or reinstalled after I uninstalled ZWCAD.
