Thursday 27Th Feb 2005
The Uni of Central Lancashire located in Preston (UK) Has a student population of over 38,000.
The University held an open day on the 27Th Feb to launch the new VX design suite. This consists of a room with high end workstations specifically used to teach VX. The University has 100 VX seats available to the students and can be run from any workstation throughout the campus. The VX suite however is dedicated to VX alone.
The open day was attended by students, local industry, University Staff, VX personell and also Informed Data Systems the UK VX distributor.

The latest version of VX was presented by Bob Fischer and Mike Lang and a preview of version 11 was introduced.

Everybody was very impressed and pleased with VX, a great time was had by all.

And a big thank you to the University and it's staff for hosting the event and for all their hard work.
