I would be keen to see an enhancment in mold analysis.


Most times I check a mold I am interested to see the draft details in the 0 - 5 degree range. Anything more than that is hardly an issue.
I would like to be able to switch off the banding above an upper limit.
Even a High Resolution e.g. Under 10 degree toggle/option would be a very useful addition.
Ideally I wiuld see bands show 0.5 degree max draft sones.


Would it help anyone else?

Hi William,yes that looks very useful.

I notice several things.

I can access analyse directly from the Icon in the history manager - cool.

I can control the detail very well.

I can change the colours. - Nice

I can browse the surface normal and get the angle - Nice.

I think the Display control information is not instantly understood by me at least. The colour bars are huge. If they were smaller, then some more guiding information could be present. The help good for this topic.

FYI I primarily analyse the product during design so the the molds/patterns are correct later. My interest in draft about a part line.
Here I switch the Direction to analyse the opposite side.. A further colour bar showing the negative draft with the range angle would be nicer.
So very useful as it is now. Cheers.
