 Mill miltisurface model/solid

Hello,
I don`t know if is okay or not, but opened this new topic regardin an old problem of mine.

I have a reverse engineered model with more than 7000 surfaces, is a solid with no unmatched edges ( after SEW operation) so everything is perfect now. But the problem comes when that model needs to be milled in 3 axis and 5 axis. I can`t even start a small simulation with Solid Verify because ZW crashes (ZW3D 2013 x64), not speaking about rough milling the entire part, it calculates the toolpath almost 7 hours to do a Z level roughing.

If I try to calculate the entire part it crashes automatically.

My question is the following, how could we calculate the milling, verify, inspect etc. a toolpath on a multiface part, with more than 5000 surfaces? If is necessary to do one face, we have a problem... If the program can`t at the moment, okay, but I want to make sure.
I can`t attach a part because it has ~500Mb and is too big but I attached one photo (hope you understand why I couldn`t post all picture).

Wow what a file. Have you tried merging as many surfaces as you can. If some of the features look to be the same repeated around the top and side. If you work on just one to reduce the surfaces then copy and rotate them. Also the main body looks like it may be a cylinder, if so remove the existing surfaces that make up the cylinder and replace it with a true cylinder. Another problem you will have with models like the existing one will be some of the surfaces are so small they will not machine and will cause errors to happen in the output depending on cutter size and machine tolerance. I would love to get my hands on that model just as a challenge.

This part in the picture had ~12.500 surfaces, I tried to reduce them to ~7000, but the model is still problematic with ZW3D. In fact the product has a cubic stock so is not a cylinder and a big problem is that this object was scanned after the original one and this scan in fact has so differences in ~1-3mm on diagonals and I can`t mirror the part. This object had a lot of holes, defects and so on, so I tried to make them as smooth as possible, but if I merge the surfaces in ZW, the final part will look different than the original...
Surfaces are merged with SEW command and with the file with ~12.500 surfaces I had "0" unmatched edges so it was a solid but still hard to mill and when I changed it to ~7000 surfaces I had "6 unmatched " surfaces.

Maybe in the next versions of ZW3D the programmers can make it possible for the STL files to be milled in 5 axis, so it won`t be necessary to use Reverse Engineering programs to transform the STL files into STEP or IGES, to mill them in 5 axis. A program that can do that easily is MAYKA, as a client showed me, he can do a part way more easier than I can do, in 1 hour he can do a part that for me will take at least 2-3 days, in labour hours everyone can figure it out how much time and money we throw away.
