Hey All,
We upgraded (2 seats) to 2014.
Now when we open CAM files created in earlier version and then attempt to edit the parameters we crash.
Running on HP 8740W 8 GIG RAM, I7 quad core m640 CPU, NVIDA Quadro FX 2800M video.
Anyone else having this problem?

I am having similar CAM problems since I updated to the latest 2014 18.05 update. Had no problems with the initial 2014 18.0 release.

I would suggest that you turn your problems into ZWSOFT tech support so they can compare our problems.

Please send me a private message (by clicking on my name link by my picture) and I would like to discuss this in more detail.

Hi, Mark

Could you please send a file to zw3d@zwsoft.com? It could be very helpful for us to figure out the problem. We will keep your file confidential.

Best regards
Colin

Glad to say that my problem was quickly fixed by tech support.

Some corruption in the user directory was a problem.

Sam of CAM tech support quickly realized that, had me delete the user directory, and all was well.

Good job by Sam !!!!

Colin, Dave,

I resolved the problem by uninstalling ZW2014 and then reinstalling ZW......all is well now.
I wasn't 100% sure that it was a ZW problem because we had upgraded not only ZW but our wire EDM software and our post processor software. Maybe it was a corrupt user directory as Dave has said but all three packages are working as they should now. If this problem happens again I'll get right back to you Colin.
Thank you for all the support gentlemen it is appreciated.
