I have unfolded a part and no matter what I change the k factor to it doesn't effect the outcome.
Also, once the part is unfolded the overall dimension does not equal that of the one in CADKEY(which was done using the rule of 1/3 metal to unfold it)
It also doesn't unfold one bend to 0

Hmm, the only tool that may do that is the "change bend angle" command, but in this case, it wouldn't be the correct command. The K-factor issue maybe related to this, but need to see the part to be sure. Please do send it to our support.
