This doesn't happen with every job that I do, but when it does happen it can be frustrating.
When I step through the history there can be spots where a different faces or side of a face gets selected. You can edit the operation to switch to the original selection, or even make a new operation to what was intended, and then when you go through the history operation again the same problem crops up.
Is there a way that you can alter the name tag of an entity so it will not select the wrong entity when you go back through the history tree? Would there be a better way to achieve this?

Hi Paul
The problem you describe simply should not happen. Can you send me (email) a small example file please.

At this point I don't have an example as I completely redid the history and successfully removed the problem.
I will send the next model that I find with this type of problem.

You bet,
Hopefully this duplicates the problem that I run into occasionally.
Every time I need to go through the history tree it hangs up at the same spot.
