I already installed 12.84. Should I delete it and install 12.82 instead?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Same here. Just installed 12.84 yesterday in fact! Seems stable enough to me - what's the problem?
Suggestion:
Every time VX releases a new version how about emailing the database (or at least the registered forum users) with the release and its release notes.

Hello Chaps
We are sorry about the confusion and inconvenience. VX v12.84 has been "pulled" from public release because of a specific bug that only this release has exhibited - if components are inserted from external VX (e.g. library) files, history regen fails. We have already fixed the problem for v12.86, v12.82 is recommended meanwhile.
