I may be missing something. I can not get my cutter to feed down in a set location. I would like it to feed down off the side of the block then feed into it. I have tried pre drill points that work sometimes but not all the time.
Any help would be nice.

Hello Chris
Some of the 2/3 axis operations have a tool start point/tool home start option which is User definable in the operation parameters (Tab 2 on the form). You can also define custom lead-in behavior (Tab 3, leads and links). If you click on the "Full Approach" button for example, that will display a form with which you can design a macro. Quick Mill operations have less User control in this area because QM is designed to calculate an optimum path.
