I am sorry to have to announce this but if you have obtained version 13.50 there is a licensing problem with all the import options. Resellers have a special license code so they would not see the issue. Customer will not be able to import IGES, STEP, ParaSolids, DWG, etc.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. I will let you know when it has been resolved and ready for download again. We are working hard to avoid this in the future.

Hi Mike,
2 days (NZST) since this p[ost, and I see V13.50 is availalbe again. Has the problem been resolved and this release the real McCoy?

v13.50 will not be ready for download until formally announced by Mike Lynch. If the link is in place, this unfortunately does not mean that the new download package is.

Yes, 13.50 is ready for download. The Import problem couldn't wait for the next release. Please review the Release notes for other enhancements and fixes.
The links that reappeared last Wednesday were not live until Monday April 14.
Even though resellers did not see the problem they will want to download this new release again.
