Click on the "Attach File(s)" button below the post. Select the file you wish to attach from your computer then click on "Upload File".
The file will be shown in your file listing. Select the file you want to attach and click "Attach File" below the File Listing window.
The file will be shown in the "Attachments" below your Message Text.
