I have finished a macro that analyzes specfic part faces and tells you what the smallest tool size you will need (Smallest Radius).
At the VX prompt type: $load minrad2.vxm (make sure you file/search path is legit).
Pick the interior surfaces of the part when prompted.
And the macro should post the smallest value in the message window and also highlight the face in question with Entity Inquire.
The VX part is version 6.5

Hey Mike,
I tried it and got this error:
ERROR: Line 11, macro [Z:Mike Hallackminrad2.vxm].

Than you wouldn't need me. lol
Here is the revised macro
I had to break line 11 into 2 seperate print statements and then combine.
And I moved the final print command to end.

Not having much luck here. I dragged the macro onto my VX6.5 session and got...

I tried the macro again from my local VX sh_prod directory and it seemed to work although this time I got...
The smallest radius is 3.271003 [mm] on face entity #152239
Show entity information.
ERROR: Unable to project point on face.
but at least I got the radius.
