The activation process failed a lot when using non-English computer name, with the warning that 'Request is tampered, error code:ERROR:7;The hash in the client request is incorrect [Incident# 5545-59257109'.
That is the problem for the moment, and will be fixed in the next release. As a walk-around, please change the computer name to English before the activation, after the activation process, it is ok to change it back to the any non-English name.
