Yes it does. ZwCAD supports AutoCAD? DWG format from V2.5-2006 and will be updated to support AutoCAD 2007 DWG format soon. ZwCAD? native file format is *.DWG, you can open and save any existing Autodesk AutoCAD file (V2.5-2006) and there is no file conversion or data loss. ZwCAD also supports DXF file format and can export to eps, wmf, bmp, svg and emf

Yes it does. But, AutoCAD doesn't support ZwCAD DWG file format. Ufortunately.

Hello, Katoda. ZWCAD is high compatible with AutoCAD and ZWCAD is one of the founding member of ODA. So files created in ZWCAD can be opened, edited and saved in AutoCAD as well. Please don't worry about the compatibility and be easy to use ZWCAD.
