Hi, I want to try porting some of my ARX applications to DRX/ ZWCAD. My problem is you guys are using VC7.1 which is not a compatible ARX compiler nor can one have a side-by-side install of VC7 & VC7.1 so I

Hello, could you describe your problems in detail? do you mean compile the ARX code directly using our DRX ports or migrate the ARX routine to our DRX port ? Or using VC8 to compile your ARX routine, then load to our DRX ports directly? If it's the last one, We have no plan to do that at the moment.

Hello, about the compiler between VC7.0 and VC7.1, there is no problem to use VC7.0 to compile the data from ARX routine in DRX ports. It means in ZWCAD, you can use VC7.0 or VC7.1 to write or compile the data. As for the ability losing, could you describe it in detail? or could you take some example so that we can help you resolve the problem ? Smile

Sorry I was wrong, It seems you can have side-by-side installs of visual studio 2002 and 2003. I will try some of the samples with VC7

Thanks for your help
