I am a Z3 user and here is how it works for me.
Firstly I use Primo PDF as my 'printer'.
If you use the same file name on consecutive prints(select the filename from the dialogue window), you will get a choice to either overwrite of append. Choosing append will add the pages in the order your print them. You end up with a single multi page document.
You can even add pages from other software as long as you do it the order you want. e.g Graphics from Photoshop page 1, Text from Word pages 2-3, Drawings from ZW 4- 8, final text from Word. etc. etc.
Primo is free and adv. and watermark free. I have used it for years very happily.

hi damjan, ZWCAD+ 2012 doesn't support publish dwg drawing to multi page PDF, now we have released ZWCAD+ 2014 Beta, I suggest you to upgrade to ZWCAD+ 2014. Beside multi page PDF, ZWCAD+ 2014 has many new features such as Dynamic Block and Smart Selection that will speed up drafting. You can find more detailed improvements from this thread:

Actually,i can only print single pdf files before.But after i add a pdf printer,i can print multipage pdf files at one time.
And here is my demo code to print multipage pdf files:
RasterEdgeImaging PDF = new RasterEdgeImaging();
public void PdfProcessorPrint();
PDFInputFile = (@"C:/1.pdf");
Printer = (@"C:/HP Color LaserJet 5550 PCL 6");
PDF. PdfProcessorPrint(@"C:/1.pdf", @"C:/HP Color LaserJet 5550 PCL 6");
