how to draw two lines of a predetermined length at a predetermined angle to each other?how to drawing angles in autocad?
AutoCAD provides a number of advanced features that are relatively easy to work with. If you are new to AutoCAD and need to figure out how to make exact angles on a drawing, the process is very simple.
At the command line:
Pick first point
Second point: @(distance)<(angle)
Example: Line
Pick start point (Pick the point)
Pick end point: @127'<45
That is to say, to start a line on the drawing, click on the "Line" tool in the toolbar at the top of the screen, then use your mouse to draw the line and position it. Then pick the first point of the first line. Then locate the Command Line at the bottom of the screen.Type "@" followed by the distance that you want to draw the line, followed by "<" and the angle that you want the line drawn to. For example, type "@12<45" to draw a line that is 12 units long at a 45-degree angle from the point that you are at on the drawing. Click "Enter" to put the line into the drawing.
