hi all, we plan to support DVIEW in the next version.
As a temporary solution, I suggest you to use the perspective view for current version. Run ORBIT command, then you can find the perspective option in the right-click menu, you can also adjust the distance or swivel camera.

In Poland I have special Forum for ZWCAD ARCHITECTURE
Here is very old proposal of new function for Layers - Transparency, but not the same like in Autodesk.
Gradient Transparency from 0% to 100%, nontransparency 0%. transparency 100%.
ZWCAD could be more original , layer could be displayed f.e. like semitransparency object 44%,50% or 57%
here my Polish Topic: https://forum.cad.info.pl/topic/815-co-warto-udoskonalić-w-zwcad-architecture/?p=6468

Good news, you could have DVIEW before ZWCAD 2017 is release. An individual ZRX program of this feature is provided, which could run on ZWCAD+ 2015 SP3, see this post http://www.zwsoft.com/zwcad_forum/thread-4340-1-1.html
