Ingenious Workshop for ZW3D 2012 Hits the Land of Philippine

March 28, 2012

Guangzhou, China: March 23, 2012—Imagine, what if workshop is just thrown for the sake of itself, or rather, just for selling your products, delivering tons of information in a way that makes people passively receive them? ToSolve, Inc., the value-added reseller of ZW3D in Philippine, will let you know this kind of workshop is done. ToSolve, Inc. recently has enjoyed a consummate conclusion of a ZW3D Introductory Workshop tailored to provide an overview of ZW3D to a number of participants that are still unaware of ZW3D's presence in the Philippines. The response is overwhelmingly encouraging and ToSolve is more than willing to share with us its recipe for the success of this workshop.

Be thoughtful

Every workshop, or at a broader sense, every activity owes its success to a contemplative schedule. How to be contemplative? You just need to strike a balance between your aim and people’s needs. ToSolve plays this principle to the fullest by laying out a well-designed schedule:

  • Reasonable timing--- 40 minutes for the keynote speech with the rest that are secondary in shortened time;

  • Detail-orientation--- Focusing on every detail will make people count on your professionalism. Right before this workshop, ToSolve encouraged those people who came early to try on ZW3D 2012 through their available test drive machines. In this case, people can maximize what they could attain from this workshop;

  • Interaction—Interaction between presenter and audience matters a lot because to a great extent it helps enhance people’s understanding toward your speech. For ToSolve, feedbacks forms were distributed during the break, and along with this, a sheet of paper was attached where they could write down their questions or concerns, which were then addressed properly and sufficiently during the Q&A. Meanwhile, test drive is another session which wonderfully furthered interaction between attendees and ToSolve staff.

Be creative

In order to liven up the last leg of the seminar, ToSolve surprised attendees by giving out ToSolve Collared Shirts as token of appreciation to the 15 "early-bird" participants, and then a raffle draw was held afterwards wherein lucky winners took home gadgets such as: Two (2) Kingston 8GB flash drives for the 3rd and 2nd prizes, while the Grand Prize Winner received a Samsung Touch Phone! “We make sure that not one participant will go home empty-handed,” said Mr. Elmer B. Pura, CEO of ToSolve Inc. “that's also why pens bearing logo of ZWSOFT were distributed in return of the feedback forms that they accomplished.”

All above is ToSolve Inc.’s recipe to have such a successful event. It’s so successful that ToSolve wrapped up this one with announcing and inviting everyone again on the Philippine Launch of ZW3D this coming May 23 & 25. ZW3D lovers in Philippine really don’t want to miss it. For more surprising event forecast, please refer to our event module:
