How to add hatch patterns in ZWCAD.
Hatch patterns in CAD, defined by PAT files can be opened by Notepad, as shown below.

If you need to use a user-defined hatch pattern in ZWCAD, you can type OPTIONS in the command line and the options dialog will display. Then, click File, and now you can add your customized PAT file under the file search path of ZWCAD. Finally, ZWCAD can use the defined hatch pattern in your PAT file.

Similarly, for hatch patterns from other CAD software, you can find the corresponding PAT files in the installation directory or file search path of the CAD software and put it into ZWCAD.

In addition, because the PAT file contents are plain text, you can copy and paste the contents directly into another PAT file for use.
Execute the OPTIONS command to open the Options dialog box, go to the File Tab, and add the directory in which you save the hatch pattern files (PAT files) to the Support File Search Path.

Then, execute the HATCH command, browse the hatch type drop-down menu and choose your costumized hatch type in the pattern box.
