All products are shipped electronically, including license code, installation package, invoice and license certificate.
- You will receive them by email shortly after purchase.
- License code will be delivered to you within 48 hours after your purchase by emails. You can also access by My Account – My Order – Order Details to check your license code.
If you don't receive the confirmation email within 48 hours after placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us.

We accept payments via Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, JCB or Paypal Direct.
Troubleshooting payment errors
Here are some items to check if you encounter payment errors:
• Card number and expiration date: For security reasons, you cannot view or edit new or existing card information after you enter it. You can try entering the card information again as a new payment method by selecting Add Card. Verify that the card number and expiration date are correct.
• Name and billing address: Verify that the name and billing address match the address on record with your payment provider. You can review and edit these items in the cart.
• Purchase limits: Some banks place a limit on how much you can spend on an individual purchase or in a single day. Even if you have funds available, your bank may not authorize the charge. Call your bank and ask them to authorize the charge or get information about their online purchase policies.
Orders placed directly in ZWSOFT online store
For refunds on maintenance plans and perpetual versions, you must initiate them within 14 days after the purchase date.
Send an email to store@zwsoft.com, including your name, order information, preferred contact option and return reason. We will review it for you within 5 working days and refund to your payment account.
