Hello Forum users. V14.31 has been available for almost a week. Customers, visit the support site to download. Others can get a 30 day eval from the VX Store. There are a handful of updates. See the Release Notes section for details.

A slightly new version was uploaded today. If you downloaded prior to today see below.

If you have already downloaded 14.31 there is one thing I need to suggest. We accidentally delete the context.txt file from the /doc directory. This will prevent you from accessing the HELP. Easy fix... Open: Program Files/VXCorp/VX14.31/doc. If you use the "on-line help" -- Open the file and drag the context.txt file out to the /doc directory. If you intend to use the "off-line help" extract the entire zip file instead.

While I have your attention I would like to ask a question about your download habits. Do you download the Full version or a combination of the "Program Only" and "Help Documents"? There is not much difference is file size anymore. We are considering removing the Program only and Help links.

As always I can be contacted several different ways; see below. In addition to the new "Chat" tool under the HELP pulldown in VX.

Hi Mike,

I generally download the full version. As you say the difference in size is not all that much and then I am assured of getting the latest. Being I generally work off-line I use the local documentation the most.

Hi Mike,
Full version form me. The others haven't always been that successful, probably due my ineptness.
One of the advantages of sweet sized code! Imagine having to download 1.5Gb+ on every release increment like some software!
