ZWCAD Flex offers a flexible, subscription-based CAD solution designed to meet the needs of modern designers and engineers. After activating your subscription, you can easily check your subscription status, change or pause your plan, and upgrade to a higher version.

This guide will walk you through these key features step by step.

Check Your Subscrption Status

To check your current ZWCAD Flex subscription:

1. Go to the ZWCAD Flex User Center.
2. You will see the product you’ve subscribed to along with the number of available seats.
3. Navigate to Billing and Orders > My Subscription.
4. Click on the product name to view:
   • Subscription plan
   • Product version
   • Unit and total price
   • Expiration date
   • Total seats
   • Auto-renew setting
   • Payment method
   • Order history

This section allows you to monitor your plan status and manage renewals or changes.

Change Your Subscription Plan

If you want to change your subscription term (e.g., from monthly to yearly or three-year), it’s easy to do so:

1. Go to the ZWCAD Flex User Center.
2. Navigate to Billing and Orders > My Subscription.
3. Click on the product name to view the subscription details.
4. Find the Terms field and click Change next to it.
   
   
   
   
5. Select the new plan duration (e.g., 1 year or 3 years), then click Confirm.
   
   
   
   
6. The change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your current plan will remain active until the end of the current cycle.

Upgrade the Product to Higher Version

If you first subscribed to ZWCAD Flex Standard and find it meets your needs, but later wish to unlock more advanced features, you can upgrade to the Professional version at any time. The upgrade can be completed by yourself directly in the User Center.

1. Go to the ZWCAD Flex User Center.
2. Navigate to Billing and Orders > My Subscription.
3. Click on the product name to view the subscription details.
4. Find the Product field and click Upgrade next to it.
   
   
   
   
5. Confirm the subscription upgrade price and payment method. If you wish to use a different payment method, click Change to modify it. Once everything looks correct, click Confirm Upgrade to proceed.
   
   
   
   
6. After the payment is successful, your subscription will be upgraded to the Professional version immediately. Please exit the software and log out of your ZWSOFT account, then reopen the software and log back in to automatically activate the Professional features.
   
   
   
   

Pause and Cancle Your Subscription

You can easily turn off auto-renewal to pause your subscription at any time.

1. Go to the ZWCAD Flex User Center.
2. Navigate to Billing and Orders > My Subscription.
3. Click on the product name to view the subscription details.
4. Find the Auto-renew field and click Turn off next to it.
   
   
   
   
5. You will see a prompt confirming that the renewal type has been successfully updated. You will no longer be charged in the future. However, if you wish to resume using ZWCAD Flex, you can re-enable auto-renew at any time. It’s a very flexible option.
